The difference between oil-resistant asbestos rubber sheet and asbestos sheet

- Wide applicability, oil resistance, medium resistance, and airtightness.
- High mechanical strength and easy to cut into shapes.
Based on the temperatures and pressures used, we can divide the asbestos rubber sheet into three types: low, medium, and high pressure.
Asbestos rubber sheet and asbestos board have these sizes: Width: 1500 mm, 1350 mm; Length: 1000 mm, 1350 mm, 2000 mm, 4000 mm; Thickness: 0.5-5 mm.
Oil-resistant asbestos rubber sheet is a sealing material. They make it by rolling asbestos, oil-resistant rubber, and additives.
According to the standard, we can divide it into two grades:
NY250 oil-resistant asbestos rubber sheet (referred to as the 250 oil-resistant board)
NY400 oil-resistant asbestos rubber sheet (referred to as the 400 oil-resistant board).
① 250 oil-resistant board is a good gasket for fuel, petroleum oil, and refrigeration systems.
② 400 oil-resistant board is for sealing gaskets in oil, solvents, and alkaline media at 400℃ and 4.0 MPa. It is commonly used in large engines and rockets.
Medium pressure asbestos board: Working temperature 300℃, working pressure 3 MPa.
Oil-resistant asbestos board: Working temperature 350℃, working pressure 3.5 MPa.
High-pressure asbestos board: Working temperature 400℃, working pressure 4 MPa.
High-quality, high-pressure, oil-resistant asbestos board: Working temperature 500℃, working pressure 5 MPa.
